Rye

A light rye sourdough loaf with caraway. Soft and earthy. 

This loaf does not have caraway in it. 

This loaf has had a 24+ hour ferment. 

Ingredients: organic bread flour, organic dark rye flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, sourdough levain, brown sugar, unrefined salt.
