Fougasse- a rustic, chewy French flatbread

Trois (3) very rustic sourdough fougasse sprinkled with flaky sea salt before baking. I think these are magic. 

Eat plain, dip in olive oil, spread with butter, lather with melted brie, enjoy with an artichoke dip. I have a great vegan artichoke dip recipe. Ask me for it! 

Ingredients: white flour, whole wheat flour, water, sourdough levain, salt.
