Roasted Garlic Rosemary

A rustic, *flatter*, sourdough round baked with olive oil, rosemary, roasted garlic and sprinkled with flaky sea salt. Great for tearing and dipping in olive oil or for slicing thinly and spreading with butter or your favorite spread. Also makes an awesome sandwich bread if you slice the loaf horizontally. 

Ingredients: white flour, whole wheat flour, water, sourdough levain, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, sea salt.
