Roasted Garlic Rosemary Buck

A rustic, *flatter*, sourdough round baked with olive oil, rosemary, roasted garlic and sprinkled with flaky sea salt. Great for tearing and dipping in olive oil or for slicing thinly and spreading with butter or your favorite spread! Also makes an awesome sandwich bread if you slice the loaf horizontally. 

Ingredients: unbleached & organic bread flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, organic leaven, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, sea salt.
