Raspberry Poppyseed

Light and flaky with lots of poppyseeds and smatterings of tart raspberries. Pack of 4.

Ingredients: white flour, water, olive oil, sourdough levain, poppy seeds, raspberries, baking powder, salt

If need be, these can be re-crisped in the oven at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes or so. Let cool and they will be as good as new. 

These flatbreads have had a 24+ hour long cold ferment.
