Pumpkin

A not too sweet pumpkin bread with warm spices. 

Ingredients: organic & unbleached bread flour, water, organic sourdough leaven, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, pepper).

This loaf has had at least a 24 hour long ferment.
