Buck Naked

A rustic, *flatter*, sourdough round baked with olive oil and sea salt. Great for tearing and dipping in olive oil or for slicing thinly and spreading with butter or lathering on your favorite spread. Also makes an awesome sandwich bread if you slice the loaf horizontally. Muffulletta anyone?

Ingredients: white flour, whole wheat flour, water, sourdough levain, olive oil, salt.
