Deep Dark Forest

Dark cocoa powder, dark brewed coffee, dark chocolate chips, dried dark cherries and a splash of cocao nibs combine in this PETITE boule.

Ingredients: white flour, whole wheat flour, water, coffee, sourdough levain, chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter), dried cherries, cocoa powder, canola oil, raw sugar, cocao nibs, salt, white rice flour. 

Loaf has had a 24+ hour long ferment.
