Forest Floor

A generous and crisp slab that totally says forest floor. 

Full of seeds, rosemary, and currants, this wheat-free flat uses olive oil, psyllium husk, water and a bit of maple syrup to bind it all together. The result is a surprisingly light and airy cracker. Break it up into pieces and enjoy! Delicious with butter or brie!  

Ingredients: water, psyllium husk, brown rice sourdough levain, olive oil, rosemary, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, steel cut oats, pumpkin seeds, millet, hemp seeds, poppy seeds, currants, maple syrup, sea salt.
