Bitter Chocolate Nib

My personal favorite, these bitter chocolate and barely sweetened sourdough flats will give you your dose of chocolate in a healthy way. Offers a unique addition to a grazing board and is delicious with a bit of butter. Pack of 4.

Ingredients: white flour, water, olive oil, sourdough levain, cocoa powder, cocao nibs, baking powder, salt

If need be, these can be re-crisped in the oven at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes or so. Let cool and they will be as good as new. 

These flats have had a 24+ hour long cold ferment.
