Cardamom Cinnamon Sugar

A generous dusting of cinnamon sugar on top adds the perfect amount of sweetness to these cardamom flats. Pack of 4. 

Ingredients: white flour, water, olive oil, sourdough levain, cardamom, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder, salt

If need be, these can be re-crisped in the oven at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes or so. Let cool and they will be as good as new. 

These flats have had a 24+ hour long cold ferment.
