Birdseed

This Birdseed Sourdough Boule is a heartier 50/50 loaf. Made with 50% white and 50% whole wheat flour, it is baked with a mixture of seeds, grains, and dried currants. The picture of seeds in a jar is the amount of seeds in one loaf. I like to think the birds would be happy with this one!

Ingredients: white flour, whole wheat flour, cider (apples,water), sourdough levain, dried currants, millet seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, steel cut oats, salt. 

This bread has had at least a 24 hour ferment.
