Birch Smoked Salt

Crisp flats baked and topped with Birch Smoked Sea Salt sustainably sourced from Iceland. 

Ingredients: white flour, water, olive oil, sourdough levain, baking powder, birch smoked sea salt.

If need be, these can be re-crisped in the oven at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes or so. Let cool and they will be as good as new. 

These flats have had a 24+ hour long cold ferment.
