Anadama

Corn porridge and molasses are mixed with organic white and whole wheat flours to create this beloved New England bread. Perfect toasted with butter to have as part of breakfast or dinner on a chilly day. 

Ingredients: organic white flour, water, organic whole wheat flour, sourdough levain, molasses, cornmeal, vegan butter (expeller-pressed Organic Oil Blend (Coconut, Hi-Oleic Sunflower, Sustainable Ethical Palm Fruit), unrefined salt, rice flour. 

This bread has had at least a 24 hour ferment.
