Anadama

Corn porridge and molasses are mixed with white wheat and whole wheat flours to create this beloved New England bread. Perfect toasted with butter to have as part of breakfast or dinner on a chilly day. 

Ingredients: organic white flour, water, organic whole wheat flour, sourdough levain, molasses, cornmeal, olive oil, unrefined salt, rice flour. 

This bread has had at least a 24 hour ferment.
