Plain Artisan Sourdough Batard made with gluten free grains. As someone with a gluten intolerance, I was determined to offer a pretty bread that I could digest easier. I hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients: water, sourdough levain (organic brown rice flour, teff flour, and organic quinoa flour), organic sorghum flour, organic millet flour, organic tapioca starch, organic psyllium husk, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, organic white rice flour.
Please Note!! Made in a facility that processes wheat. While cross contamination is very possible, we do our best to prevent that by making this bread before the wheat breads each day.
