A rustic, *flatter*, sourdough round made with gluten alternative grains and baked with olive oil and sea salt. Great for tearing and dipping in olive oil or for slicing thinly and spreading with butter or lathering on your favorite spread! Also makes an awesome sandwich bread if you slice the loaf horizontally. Muffulletta anyone?
Best eaten warm! To reheat, briefly run round under water, wrap in foil, and reheat in 350 degree oven until warmed through.
Ingredients: water, sourdough levain (organic brown rice flour, teff flour, and organic quinoa flour), organic sorghum flour, organic millet flour, organic tapioca starch, organic psyllium husk, maple syrup, olive oil, unrefined salt, organic white rice flour.
